The ticketsales for our festival on June 28 are live! Don’t wait too long tho ‘cus we might sell out sooner than you think.

The Reggaeton & Latin Festival is all about artists that bring the latin vibe to life!

We are welcoming the following artists this year in Havenpark:

• Bad Gyal
• Darell
• Rochy

Did you buy ticket(s) but want to upgrade/exchange them for other tickets? You can easily do this yourself! Here’s how:

• After ordering tickets, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with information on how to login to MyOrder on the SeeTickets website.
• In your MyOrder account, go to ‘More actions’ and click on ‘Change tickets’. Here you can select which tickets you want to exchange.
• Then you can select the event for which you want to exchange your current ticket voucher and are redirected to the shop.
• In the shop, you select the product you want to get. Your voucher will be deducted from the new order total.
• After this, you can finish your order. Your ticket(s) are now upgraded to the new ones!

In order to prevent reselling tickets on the black market, you will receive your e-tickets in the week before the event takes place.

If you purchased tickets for but didn’t receive your tickets in the week before the event, please contact our ticketprovider SeeTicket. Make sure to look up your order number, which you can find at the description of your transaction in your banking app.

If you have tickets but can’t go anymore, you can try to transfer them securely with the Ticketswap integration that our ticketpartner SeeTicket has in place.

HOW?
You can resell your ticket by loggin into your SeeTickets account and use the Ticketswap option in the menu.

Please note that all e-tickets will be sent out to the ticketbuyers in the week before the event takes place (so not immediately after buying them).

No refunds are given. If an event is sold out, you can try Ticketswap to cop tickets as well.

Latino Gang is a CASHLESS festival! This means you pay for drinks & food with your PIN or Credit Card.

Don’t have a card? You can buy a ‘Festival Debet Card’ at the Info Desk which you can top up with cash and use at the bar/food area.

This year, The Reggaeton & Latin Festival will take place in the legendary venue Havenpark Amsterdam in The Netherlands!

Latino Gang wants to keep Havenpark clean & green! That’s why at the bar, you pay €2,- per cup. Return the cup with every new order. If you lose your cup(s), you pay €2,- again for your next cup/bottle when you order your drinks at the bar. 

There are several ways you can travel to Havenpark.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Please consider visiting the festival by public transport. This is the easiest and greenest way. Check www.9292.nl for the best travel options from your home to Havenpark Amsterdam.

BIKE
Live around the Havenpark? Hop on your bike and make your way to N1 Havenpark! There are plenty places to park your bike around the park.

CAR
You can visit Havenpark by car. There are limited parking tickets available tho, so make sure to buy them in our ticketshop asap if you want to come by car.

Havenpark has a variety of food stands and will make sure you won’t get hungry! 

Havenpark has toiletarea at the park so no need to worry about queques and all that.
We also have a team that makes sure the toilets are always clean and fresh. Anything to make your experience om June 28 is hassle-free! 

There are lockers available in Havenpark at €10,00 (small) and  €15,00 (medium) per locker. About 2 to 4 jackets fit in there, so you can share it with your friends. 

Latino Gang Festival is an 18+ event. In any case, please bring your ID with you as in some cases you will be asked to show a valid ID card at the entrance, which means: an ID card, passport or driver’s license. Photocopies or birth certificates are not accepted.

Although there are very few reasons why a festival should be cancelled, in most cases you will get a full refund in case this happens. You can also always choose to keep your tickets and use it for a next edition.

This festival is a drug-free event, there is a zero-tolerance policy.

Visitors must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID, which must be shown upon request

It is not allowed to walk in and out during the event. Upon re-entry, a new entrance fee must be paid (if the event is not yet sold out).

It is mandatory to cooperate in a safety inspection.

Only undamaged tickets are valid.

Possession/carrying of weapons or objects that could pose a danger is not permitted.
Physical or verbal abuse against other visitors and staff will not be tolerated.

Alcohol abuse and/or drunkenness will not be tolerated.

Bringing your own drinks or food is not permitted
Bringing deodorant, perfume bottles, etc. and pressurized aerosols is not permitted.

Disinfectant is an exception to this.

Selling services or products; Flyers and other types of promotion on and around the site are not permitted without written permission from the organization. In the event of illegal promotion, all imposed sanctions and/or cleaning costs will be recovered from the organization/person in question.

Selfie sticks are not permitted on the event site.
Nitrous oxide cartridges or other nitrous oxide containing substances may not be brought onto the event site.

Smoking is only permitted in the open air or in designated areas.

Offensive, provocative and/or offensive clothing, as well as supporter clothing and similar group expressions, are not permitted.

If a visitor does not refrain from wearing the clothing in question, access will not be granted.

The organization automatically receives the right to all video and sound recordings made during the event. These recordings can be made public without prior notice and without compensation.

It is prohibited to make professional audio and video recordings for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the organization.

In the event of fights, all parties/persons involved will be expelled.
The organization is entitled to remove visitors who oppose or do not adhere to the visitor regulations.

Instructions from staff and security guards must be followed at all times.
